Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the American Clinical Experience platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
American Clinical Experience provides a platform connecting students with clinical rotation opportunities and preceptors. Our services include:
đ Placement Management
Booking and managing clinical placements with qualified preceptors
đŗ Payment Processing
Secure payment processing for rotation fees and deposits
đŦ Communication Tools
Tools for students, preceptors, and administrators to communicate
đ Documentation
Tracking and documentation of clinical requirements
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on American Clinical Experience's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Remove copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server
This license automatically terminates if you violate any restrictions and may be terminated by American Clinical Experience at any time. Upon termination you must destroy all downloaded materials in your possession.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
đ§Email Verification
To ensure the security of your account and verify your identity, we require email verification during the signup process:
- A verification code will be sent to your email address
- You must enter this code to complete account creation
- Verification codes expire after a limited time for security
- You must have access to the email address you provide
Payment Terms
By making a payment through our platform, you agree to the following:

All deposits are non-refundable once the placement is confirmed
đ Payment Plans
You are responsible for making payments according to your selected payment plan
âĄAuto-Charges
If you opt-in to auto-charging, payments will be automatically processed according to the placement schedule
âFailed Payments
Failed payments may result in suspension of access to placement materials or cancellation of your booking
âŠī¸Refunds
Refunds are issued at our discretion and subject to our refund policy outlined in your booking agreement
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms vary based on timing and circumstances:
đ Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable
â Cancellations 30+ days before start
Eligible for partial refund (minus deposit and administrative fees)
â ī¸ Cancellations 14-29 days before start
50% refund of paid amounts (minus deposit)
đĢ Cancellations less than 14 days before start
No refund
đ Placement cancellations by preceptor
Full refund of all payments made
User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Respect the rights and dignity of other users, preceptors, and staff
- Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
- Complete all required documentation and training for clinical placements
- Maintain professional conduct during all clinical rotations

The materials on American Clinical Experience's website are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property. The materials appearing on the website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. American Clinical Experience does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current and may change them at any time without notice.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall American Clinical Experience or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
